Prescription Submission Requirement
All prescription eyewear orders must include a clear photo or scan of your valid prescription card at checkout. Orders submitted without a prescription upload may be delayed, placed on hold or cancelled.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all prescription details provided are accurate, current and legible.
Prescription Verification
All prescriptions are reviewed and processed within 72 hours of order placement. We may contact you if any information is missing, unclear or requires confirmation.
Prescription orders require valid details before dispatch.
If we are unable to verify your prescription, your order may be delayed until correct information is received.
Production & Delivery Times
Once your prescription has been approved:
- Prescription lenses are custom made to order
- Orders are typically dispatched within 14 working days
- Delivery times may vary depending on lens type, coatings or destination country

All prescription eyewear supplied by us is manufactured in accordance with applicable UK and European eyewear and consumer safety regulations, including relevant product conformity requirements for optical appliances and medical devices where applicable. ()
Prescription Accuracy
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- The uploaded prescription belongs to you or the intended wearer
- The prescription has been issued by a qualified optician/optometrist
- All details submitted are correct and up to date
- You understand lenses are made specifically to the prescription supplied
We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect, expired or incomplete prescription information submitted by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
As prescription lenses are custom-made to your personal specification, prescription eyewear may be excluded from standard return rights unless faulty, incorrectly manufactured, or required by consumer law.
