Shipping Policy
All post is packed and sent out in 24 hours for order before 12pm (GMT - Mon-Fri). Any orders placed after 12pm will be be packed and sent out the next working day. All shipments are sent via a fully tracked service with ROYAL MAIL. As we allow 24 hours before packing and dispatch orders, if you need to cancel your order please do so within 24 hours. After 24 hours it cannot be amended or cancelled.
Please note: MIOWNE LTD do not dispatch orders during bank/national holidays.
Pre-orders can take up to 28 days to be dispatched, however we will aim to get pre-order out to you sooner if possible.
MIOWNE LTD provides International shipping. We currently offer Standard Delivery (ETA is 7 - 10 working days), however it could take up to 15 working days if there are any bank/national holidays in between. Please order with plenty of time if you require the product for a specific event. We also offer Express Delivery (ETA 1 - 2 working days for UK & 2 - 3 working days for UK & Europe locations).
Please note: MIOWNE LTD cannot be held accountable for delivery delays to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to the follow: Service strikes, customs, riot, invasion, terrorist attacks, epidemics/pandemics, weather, natural disasters, or fires.
Returned shipment to back to us: If your shipments is returned to back to us due to incorrect address or attempted delivery/unclaimed for then shipping fees will be charged again for the order to be reshipped.
Please note: You are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in. The final figure on your order does not included any any additional duties that may be required. If you refuse to pay the duties to release your order then this will be returned back to MIOWNE LTD. A shipping of 20% handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
